LSF is looking for a talented Quality Assurance Data Monitor who wants to make an impact in the lives of others.
The schedule for this role is 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week.
Purpose and Impact:
Under direct supervision of Program Director, the CRS Quality Assurance Data Monitor is responsible for monitoring CRS data by designing, developing, and analyzing reports and data extracts from WRSDS and CMS.
Essential Functions:
Development, analysis, and production of reports and data extracts from WRSDS and CMS Produce accurate and timely reports-both online and offline as appropriate to program Responsible for conducting a variety of data validation activities Presenting data in charts, graphs, and tables illustrating programmatic data Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential Recommends improvement or changes to the actual system or the program to the immediate supervisor after analyzing the obtained data.
Other duties as assigned.

Must demonstrate sensitivity to our service population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics and needs.
Physical Requirements:
Able to sit and stand for long periods, uses telephone, computer, and typewriter Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility in working hours including travel throughout SW-CRS service area.
Must possess a clean/valid Florida Driver License, reliable transportation, and proof of Insurance (transcript of driving record will be requested from the Department of Motor Vehicle at the time of hire) Education:
High School Diploma and preferably AA or AS degree
Experience:
Three to five years' experience with refugee programsSkills:
Good written and oral communication skill Bilingual (Language of populations served) Great organizational skills Knowledge of problems and concerns of the targeted population Ability to work with a diverse population.
Experience in linkage/referral, outreach, and follow-up services Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines.
Intermediate computer skills Principal Accountabilities:
Reports to CRS Program Director.
Team player with co-workers.
Accuracy in completing and organizing program and client files.
Adherence to LSF personnel policies and procedures.
