Responsibilities:
Manage the organization headcount reporting to ensure headcount is forecasted, budgeted, and tracked, partnering closely with the Risk and ERM CAO teams.
Provide oversight and support throughout new hire onboarding process.
Manage end-to-end lifecycle of contractors, including onboarding and tracking of contractors in line with approved budget.
Assist leadership in execution financial responsibilities including budget approvals, travel requests etc.
Prepare key presentations and communications to a wide range of stakeholders, including the internal team, regulators, front line units and Risk leadership.
Support coordination, planning and production of materials for Town Halls, Leadership Offsites, and other team events.
Support the team employee engagement / VOE initiatives.
Support the development of communication across multiple platforms including SharePoint, Email and Newsletters.
Support the organization governance related activities including controls monitoring, issues management and coordinating the quarterly and annual risk assessment process across the team.
Knowledge/
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in related field.

years relevant experience in business management, a CAO/COO/COS role, finance, or related field.
Previous experience within a highly complex, global financial institution or related industry High proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel for reporting and PowerPoint for presentation development.
Knowledge/previous experience in Risk Management desirable Previous experience working in a transformation program in a highly regulated environment desirable.
