We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.
The Service Response Center Representative (SRC Rep) is responsible for:
Receiving all Facilities and Security related information via telephone, fax or email.
The SRC Rep is the first point of contact for Facilities and Security whose primary responsibility is to initiate the appropriate response to our callers needs.
They are also responsible to create and dispatch work orders and other assignments via radio communication to Security and/or Facilities.
The SRC Rep needs to be calm, clear and in control, especially in an emergency.
The SRC Rep will monitor various alarm systems, make appropriate overhead announcements when needed at the appropriate location, as well as document and log all telephone calls and alarms.
They will also monitor the Security cameras, badge tap alarms, BAS alarms and handle Code Red and Panic alarms for the hospitals.
This includes but, is not limited to contacting 911, announcing the Code Red overhead at the appropriate hospital, whether a real fire or a drill.
This Representative must be able to problem solve, handle multiple calls and emergencies while providing excellent customer service.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
