The Order Entry Representative is primarily responsible for daily processing of all orders received via all channels according to existing guidelines established by company management.
Position is located in Tampa, FL.
What You Will Be Doing:
Open/Sort incoming mail Validate orders in B2BE (high count days 600+) Process miscellaneous orders received through mail, fax, web orders, sales and customer service.
Responsible for all order entry on our large corporate accounts Sort mail received from lockbox and send weekly check deposits Validate/Deposit checks received via mail using software deposit edge Process returns/credits for customer service and collections team.
Merge accounts on a weekly Process DNC (remove/update accounts in the system) What you Need to be Successful:
Work requires the level of educational development acquired through a General Education Degree (GED) or high school diploma.
Requires a minimum of three years of previous administrative experience Strong administrative and organizational skills and follow-through.
Ability to multi-task and perform at a high level without close supervision.
Ability to type 45 wpm, 10-key at 8,000 ksph, and intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
