Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Support Decideware Modules:
Scope Manager, Evaluation Manager and Selection Manager Provide technical oversight of the Decideware Agency Management Modules which includes Scope Manager, Evaluation Manager, and Selection Manager Review all scope shells created in Scope Manager for accuracy and route to the responsible Category Lead and Data Management Budget Specialist for review and signatures.
Provide reports to the Category Leads pertaining to agency spend data, performance data, and evaluations.
Provide essential professional support on designated assignments on behalf of the Category Leads and Sr.
Management as requested ensuring confidentiality.
Manage the client s Agency Management inbox and respond directly to all inquiries or triage all questions to the appropriate Category Lead in a timely manner.
Create, process, and collate annual agency evaluations for the Category Leads, share the output with the agencies and clients Business units.
Acts as technical support liaison for the Category Leads, Senior Management and Suppliers; holds weekly office hours for both internal and external users.
Preference will be given to candidates with proficient knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
Minimum Requirements:
Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
BA or BS and 1 year of experience in software/platform management Recommended Skills Administration Attention To Detail Confidentiality Data Management Microsoft Excel Microsoft Office Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
