Client Engagement and Implementation Manager - Enterprise Software

We are seeking an experienced Engagement & Implementation Project manager who enjoys:
Working with 1-2 Clients at a time in order to provide focus and organization across work streams; Digging into the details of the project, the work to be done, and helping to provide solutions vs.
managing a schedule and just everybody else's work; Adapting processes to match client culture and the nature of projects.
Meaning finding practical processes based on agile, waterfall or a combination of both depending up on the client and the nature of the implementation work stream; Implementing enterprise software where configuration, data migration and integrations are commonly all active at the same time; Learning new industries and systems and prides themselves on learning the systems they are implementing as well as the domain in which they operate to incrementally get better and better at the primary role as well as helping the team problem solve practically; Having every month of an implementation, even for the same client be different as different phases begin and end.
Also required:
Experience as an Implementation Manager, Program Manager or Engagement Manager on sizable client programs in excess of $3M; Experience Managing Data Migration Initiatives; Experience Managing Integration effort lines involving more than 10 enterprise integration points.
Experience managing large and complex Package Implementation projects involving enhancements, integrations and coaching client transformation; Ability to glean the approach to each customer by working with senior management and subsequently maintain that approach while managing effort lines.

North American Experience in a similar role in one of the following industries:
Insurance, Financial Services Primary
Responsibilities:
Overall delivery of services according to signed contracts, profitability, growth.
Client satisfaction of all Engagements Maintaining the executive relationships Ensuring all internal and external Compliance requirements are met Mitigation of conflicts e.

between various delivery team members whether owned by the client or Bond-Pro centers Managing resources and project KPIs including internal and client status reporting RACI / Risk / Issue Management Ability to draft SOW's as required to implement customer requirements People management of all project resources Scope management to ensure the project includes what is defined by the Functional Lead Sales Support by providing inputs for preparation of winning sales plans and proposals Building lasting Client relationships and building client trust resulting in add-on sales.
Customer management, especially in demanding situations.
Employee management/engagement experience.
Process/Tools/Methodology orientation, work experience in DevOps/Agile is a plus.
Ability to manage internal projects for product development and process improvement.
Established as the internal Voice of the Customer (VoC) when discussing priorities and product roadmap.
Working Location:
This position may be based in our Tampa office or fully remote.
Travel to client locations will likely be needed from time to time as COVID related restrictions are lifted.
Compensation:
Base will be based upon experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
