Financial Analyst
Job Description The Financial Analyst will assist with the initiatives of the Commercial, Supply Chain and Operations teams.
This Financial Analyst will be responsible for analysis in a dynamic environment and supporting the decision process, validating the assumptions and the impact on operations, commercial, and financial results.
Functions include building finance models to support the business while applying skills and knowledge of ERP systems, Excel and PowerPoint.

nThe following are essential duties and responsibilities for this position:
nnUtilize accounting-based knowledge and advanced Excel skills to effectively communicate financial data for decision making at Sr.
levels of the organization.
nWork with the business category leaders and cross functional teams to build financial models and provide analysis needed to support day to day operations and special projects.
nBuild, maintain & improve commodity models, research market activity and provide analytics to support internal customers.
nOwn critical aspects of the monthly financial reporting processes and close deliverables as well as periodic forecasting.
nAbility to compose concise, simplified written descriptions of complex issues, supported by detailed analysis and effective narrative to engage and influence the audience.
nDevelop a solid understanding of the business supported and customers' needs.
nProactively analyze and provide data and gather agreement with all partners on relevant issues.
nDemonstrated ability to understand the business needs of the client they support and how financial choices impact their business.
nStrive for high performance and use technical skills effectively with a demonstrated emphasis on detail and accuracy.
nWork in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks with changing priorities.
nnEducation and
Experience:
nnBachelor's degree in Business (finance or accounting); nMust be permanently authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship.
nTwo (2) plus years of relevant finance experience and/or manufacturing experience preferrednStrong verbal and written communication skillsnStrong analytical skills and business/financial acumennAbility to work in a global business environmentnAdvanced Excel skills.
nKnowledge of SAP or other large ERP system preferred.
nExperience working cross functionally with other business teams is required.

Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and eager to learn other software applications.
