Our client, a leading global financial services company, has approximately 200 million customer accounts and does business in more than 140 countries.
They provide consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with financial products and services, including consumer banking and credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage, transaction services, and wealth management.
The Role:
Application Monitoring Lead Analyst is a developing professional role.
Deals with providing the Observability & Monitoring related support to various teams.
This position will play a key role focusing on the infrastructure, system, & application monitoring through existing & industry standard monitoring tools.
This position will also focus to analyze the client monitoring requirements coming up with viable automation monitoring solutions.
Handling most problems independently and has latitude to solve complex problems.
Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of Monitoring industry standards and practices.
Job
Responsibilities:
o The Application Monitoring Support Analyst provides technical and business monitoring & Observability support for users of Manjot Global Bank Applications.
o Monitor & Analyze applications to identify performance issues, potential risks, vulnerabilities and security issues.
o Utilizes good understanding of apps support procedures and concepts and basic knowledge of other technical areas to field issues and queries from stakeholders, provide short-term resolutions and work with relevant technology partners for long term remediation.
o Act as a liaison between users, interfacing internal technology groups and vendors.
o Participate in Custom solution releases, from development, testing and deployment into production.
o Perform testing , upgrades & checkouts after new version releases and infrastructure updates.
o Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
o Drive ideas and information impacting the business positively by ensuring the quality of work provided by self and others.
o Active involvement in and ownership of Support Project items, covering Stability, Efficiency, and Effectiveness initiatives.
o Perform duties and functions as assigned in a concise and logical manner.
o Operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
o Independently Functioning as well as a team player.
o Has excellent communication and diplomacy skills to persuade and influence.
o Ability to communicate appropriately to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
o 4
years' experience using AppDynamics, Microfocus BSMo 2
years' experience in Java/J2EE tech stack.
Basic knowledge of Springboot, REST APIs, UI frameworks.
o 2
years' experience and well versed with Unix/Linux, should be comfortable with scripting.
o 1
years of experience in Log Monitoring tools such as, Splunk, ELK would be pluso 1
years of experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
o Self-starter with meticulous approach to work habits.
o Team player with good communication skills and ability to perform under pressure.
o Ability to work independently and deliver results to meet deadlines.
o Excellent customer service, written / verbal communication and interpersonal skills Education:
o Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
o AppDynamics related certification is a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
