o Develop research, development and acquisition management system documentation, to include supporting Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), System Acquisition Management Plans (SAMP), Acquisition Strategies (AS) Acquisition Program Baselines, (APB), Acquisition Decision Memorandums (ADM), test and evaluation plans, fielding and deployment releases, program protection plans, spend plans, Technology Insertion Roadmaps, Transition Agreements, Congressional Briefings and responses to Congressional Requests for Information, and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) planning documentso Employ task management systems and build executive-level briefings; apply acquisition experience to formulation and consolidation of PEO-level responses to taskers, RFIs, etc.
o Collect and analyze metrics and requirements from supported organizationso Develop elements of program acquisition strategieso Support/conduct portions of market researcho Keep program information current and organize data to submit to management for decision makingo Prepare reports and briefings on program status, policies and procedures, in support of acquisition program milestoneso Support cost/benefit analysiso Analyze effectiveness and efficiency of program; develop recommendations to improve program operationso Answer data calls and inquiries on program policies and procedureso Monitor programs to ensure compliance with policies and procedureso Manage program POM, budget preparation, and financial execution in accordance with policies and procedures; formulate proposed mitigations to deviations and unfunded priorities as necessaryo Coordinate program information with personnelo Interpret regulations and directives to determine impact on programso Determine requirements; develop goals and objectives to accomplish program mission, support government counterparts to ensure execution of programs in accordance with plans, and modify program policies and procedures based on changes to regulationso Research ways to eliminate program bottlenecks and barriers to production; support government counterparts in development of solutions to program issueso Oversee the allocation of resources based on program requirements What you will need to have:
o Security Clearance Required:
Top Secret with SCI Eligibilityo Bachelor's degree in acquisition/business or a related field with 12 years of experience in DoD Acquisition Program Management, or an equivalent mix of education and experienceo DAWIA Advanced (formerly Level III) Equivalency in Program Management or Financial Management fields; DoD FM Level 2 may be substituted for DAWIA Advanced Equivalency in Financial Managemento Deep knowledge of and experience with the Defense Acquisition Framework and the Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) processo Demonstrated expert-level experience in a DoD (or OGA) Program Executive Office management role in which in-depth knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) process as one of three processes (Acquisition, Requirements, and Funding) that support the Defense Acquisition Systemo Demonstrated expert-level experience with the Financial Management and resource allocation for current and future DoD acquisition programs o Demonstrated expert-level experience with Defense Acquisition System investment budget documents, O&M Budget Exhibits ( OP-5s), Congressional Budget Rollout briefs, and Strategic Portfolio-level guidance and alignment (including written and oral communication with Congress and/or Professional Staff Members)o Expert level experience with coordination and integration across multiple programs (cross-program/horizontal integration) at the Agency or Enterprise Organizational Levelo Experience and knowledge of SOF AT&L internal and external stakeholder organizations is highly desired

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
