Responsibilities:
o Responsible for production of monthly Critical Data Element (CDE) scorecards, gathering approvals, dispositioning red metrics, and archiving documents for audito Partnering with data consumers and tech owners to establish scope of request and gather/review CDE data and metadata including profiling to ensure data is fit for purposeo Working with technology team to test CDE rules before implementationo Gathering approvals from both consumer and technology teams for CDE registrationo Registering CDE data and metadata in an Enterprise Chief Data Office (ECDO) tool known as Collibrao Submitting change control documentation to the ECDO including approved profiling and test scorecards, as well as any other necessary requirements in support of the registration processo Organizing and archiving required audit artifacts for future retrieval and reference in support of audito Ensuring tech teams add new rules accurately to the monthly scorecardo Effectively tracking data quality exceptions working to properly disposition against defined SLAso Responsible for quality control of own workSkills Requiredo Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business, Finance or Information Technology with minimum 5 years or relevant work experience in a corporate environment with demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through comparable work experience.
o Data Governance experience is required, both Data Governance Office (DGO) and Chief Data Office (CDO) experience preferredo Advanced knowledge of Client Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) with a proficiency in advanced formulas, such as nested IF statements, VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, etc.
o Working knowledge of JIRA/Confluence for project status trackingo Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills (oral and written)o Excellent project management skillso Strong analytical and problem-solving skillso Strong ability to communicate information, business process and system wide changes to a technical and nontechnical audienceo Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting prioritieso Knowledge of Oracle SQL to query large data sets preferredo Knowledge of Python to automate recurring dataData s cleansing processes preferred Recommended Skills Analytical Auditing Automation Big Data Business Processes Communication Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
