Controller and HR Specialist

MedRock Pharmacy is currently seeking a dedicated Controller and HR specialist to join our team.
This position will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, managing expenses, assisting in the hiring process, and overseeing HR administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate should have a strong financial background, excellent organizational skills, and a keen interest in accounting and HR-related work.

Responsibilities:

Oversee financial data analysis and preparation of financial statements.
2.
Manage financial accounts and perform accounting duties for the business.
3.
Review financial information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4.
Develop and implement strategies for managing expenses and optimizing financial performance.
5.
Play a key role in the hiring process by assisting with recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
6.
Communicate financial information to company officers and employees, addressing any inquiries.
7.
Lead HR administrative tasks, including personnel records, employee benefits, and payroll, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
Requirements:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
3.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
6.
Experience with HR administrative tasks is a plus.
