As the Vice President of Account Management, you will be responsible for all strategic planning and account management for selected accounts.
Your primary focus will be on developing relationships with GXO executives and client decision-makers to successfully expand the utilization of our services and products.

What you'll do on a typical day:
Strategically build and nurture customer relationships through world-class performance, open/direct communication, astute problem-solving and the collaborative alignment of goals Grow new organic opportunities with customers to diversify and expand our core business Manage and prioritize all opportunities to enhance client relationships and accelerate the decision- making process that will grow the business Collaborate with the senior management team to create a strategic and tactical plan to develop and implement customer-facing, consequential solutions Strategize with account management team each week regarding any opportunities to ensure solutions are being effectively communicated; accurately forecast respective opportunities based on realistic assessments Develop specific plans on how to develop, grow and strengthen client relationships Prepare detailed plans, including defining activities, sequencing tasks, assigning resource requirements, and providing duration estimates Act as a liaison with key clients, including senior-level sponsors, partners, and vendors, to define program scope and ensure the timely delivery of all program components Monitor and communicate progress; collaborate with clients to publish status reports and handle and report on issues and action items What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Operations Management 10 or more years of supply chain operational experience and knowledge, coupled with business development and/or sales experience Demonstrated leadership and collaborative skills; able to consistently lead teams to deliver positive results Proven ability to balance the voice of the customer (VOC) with influencing internal management to meet financial and customer expectations It'd be great if you also have:
MBA Availability to travel 50% of the time Experience with inside sales with current customers Innovative, decisive leadership skills with a strong results orientation We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
