Aesthetics Provider-APRN/PA
Body Details is seeking a full time, experienced Aesthetic Provider for the Tampa area.
The Aesthetic Provider is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) skilled in administering toxins, fillers and other aesthetic treatments, providing exceptional patient care, and maximizing revenue through effective upselling techniques.
Key responsibilities include:
Administer various toxins and dermal fillers, as well as other aesthetic treatments and address specific patient concerns.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards during all procedures.
Assess patients and recommend appropriate toxins and fillers and other aesthetic treatments based on individual needs and desired outcomes.
Conduct thorough consultations with patients to understand their goals and expectations.
Educate patients on available treatments, expected results, potential risks, and aftercare instructions.
Establish trust and rapport with patients to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction.
Identify upselling opportunities during treatments.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and before-and-after photos.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to patient documentation and data privacy.
Requirements:
Valid state Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse Registered Nurse (APRN) license required.
Proven experience in administering toxins and fillers and other aesthetic services with ability to showcase successful treatments.
Demonstrate ability to effectively upsell and maximize revenue.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
Ability to commute between Body Details centers as needed.
Schedule:
40 hours per weekTuesday-Thursday 10:
00am-7:
00pm, 1/2 break each dayFridays 8:
00am-5:
00pm, 1/2 hour break each daySaturdays 10:
00am-4:
00pmOFF Sundays & Mondays
