Job Description:
5-7 years hands-On experience administering and supporting Linux and Windows systems in an enterprise environment.
Experience with virtualized environments.
VMware preferred.
Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining applications on Linux (i.
e.
Apache, Nginx, MySQL, Redis) and Windows.
Understanding of CIS, NIST, OpenScap and similar security benchmarks.
Advanced knowledge and experience creating and executing shell scripts or other system scripting languages (bash, Python, Ruby, PowerShell, Go) Team player and ability to work independently and effectively under pressure in a high paced and energetic environment.
Ability to make critical decisions affecting system availability and security posture.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Commitment to continual improvement of the technical aspects of the system and operational automation.
Experience with configuration automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible Working knowledge of version control and software repository systems and tools Mentoring/training junior engineers.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
