Applications Security Engineer will assist in coding in.
Net focused on validating that application services are designed and implemented with high security standards, meet business objectives, and are completed within planned timelines.
Review software code meets the level of security in our applications in tandem with their underlying services, including connected dependencies such as middle-tier systems and databases.
Addresses legacy and emerging security issues, and implements repeatable secure development practices to reduce the introduction of program design flaws that may lead to exploitation.
Leads the assessment of applications for weaknesses and finding resolutions before they can be abused.
Assesses the security of applications for business-to-business initiatives, third-party relationships, outsourced solutions and vendors.
Responsibilities Leads and coordinates vulnerability and penetration testing by reviewing code and software development in ASP.
NET, Javascript, C# and Python Reviews the documentation of security findings and ensure review procedures are followed, and includes reasonable methods to secure.
Coordinates and leads the work of assigned teams with developers to provide repetitive validation testing prior to production while allowing for a continuous cycle of development followed by application security assessments Monitors the security community for public-facing security issues, as well as to learn new tactics that can be used in testing Ensures the team follows a defined security review process to ensure an automated and repeatable process Coordinates performance testing to stress the limitations of security solutions while ensuring business innovation and day-to-day processes are not negatively impacted Qualifications Education Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Computer Science or Related Years Of Experience 4 years minimum - Cybersecurity, Compliance/Risk Management, Application Programming In Lieu of Education 8 years minimum - Cybersecurity including Compliance/Risk Management As a thank you for joining our team, youll benefit from:
