Job Duties- Complete abstracts for new leases and amendments as needed Complete abstract packages for review Sets up and maintain leases in property management software Enter leasing information into systems and handling reporting Sets up and maintain pass through worksheets for Common Area Maintenance and Real Estate Taxes Reviewing leases and abstractions Calculates percentage rent charges as needed Input cash receipts in property management software Perform invoice review and ensure they aligns with tenant obligations Job Type:
