The AP Analyst will complete full cycle accounts payable, including cutting checks and approving all vouchers for payment.
Analyze vendor accounts and negotiates extended terms with vendors if necessary Reconcile and post corporate credit card and bank accounts The AP Analyst will track and oversee aged accounts payable; monitor accounts payable ledger and sure bills are paid timely and properly Prepare analysis of accounts, as required.
The AP Analyst will assist in monthly closings.
Preferred skills for the AP Analyst include:

years of Accounts Payable experience Attention to detail, team player and great communication skills Solid understanding of GAAP Excel skills desired #CBNOV2023 #INNOV2023 Recommended Skills Accounts Payable Attention To Detail Communication Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Microsoft Excel Team Working Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
