Jacobs is seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the role of Task Lead Senior Level i2EC Intelligence Analyst to steadfastly support our efforts in providing intelligence support to USSOCOMThis position supports the Organization's J2 Directorate of Intelligence, facilitating 24/7/365 Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) of biometrics, forensics, and Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX) intelligenceThis effort aids deployed military commanders and national policymakersMajor responsibilities include threat identification, Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE), Weapons Technical Intelligence, Force Protection, Vetting of Friendly Force Personnel, Identity Protection, and BiometricsPlease note that OCONUS travel may be associated with this positionProgram Mission:
The task support to the USSOCOM J24 Global Security Office, Special Operations Command, Identity Intelligence Operations Division (GSO-i2O) in concordance with the specifications of the statement of work (SOW)The imperative is to enable SMEs to facilitate the Production, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) of biometric, forensic, and Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX) materialsThis involves a coordination network spanning multiple government agencies, utilizing various USG data sources to compile case files and compose Intelligence Information Reports (IIR) for swift dissemination to SOF forces and the wider intelligence community (IC)Contractor personnel are tasked with contributing to J2 mission objectives and managing the daily operational facets of the SOF Enterprise, which envelops HQUSSOCOM staff; USSOCOM Service components; theater special operations commands (TSOCs), special operations joint task forces (SOJTFs), and pertinent interagency and coalition partnersPrimary
Responsibilities:
o All-source intelligence analysis including report production based on identity intelligence submissions and writing intelligence information reports.
o PED for the i2 related modalities within biometrics, forensics, and DOMEX for global SOF.
o Analytical input during future requirements development, testing, evaluation, and training events for new biometric sensors, forensics, and other related areas.
o Ensure production dissemination to appropriate i2 data repositories.
o Conduct briefings, prepare White/Information Papers, and manage various watchlists.
o Coordinate with theater elements and CONUS SOCOM reach-back capabilities to support theater i2 requirements.
o Employ basic Boolean Logic and use the SOCOM IT architecture to accomplish PED mission support.
o Provide training when required, recommend SOCOM IT architecture enhancements, vet and release products, mentor junior and mid-level analysts, and provide i2 temporary embedded PED support.
o Provide continuous professional development on new/emerging biometrics intelligence processes.
o All-source intelligence analysis including report production based on identity intelligence submissions and writing intelligence information reports.
o PED for the i2 related modalities within biometrics, forensics, and DOMEX for global SOF.

Qualifications:
o Education:
Bachelor's Degree.

Experience:
o 3
years of all-source analysis experience with military applications.
o Knowledge of SOF i2 operations, intelligence, and interagency processes.
o Experience in collecting, reviewing, analyzing, exploiting, authoring, and disseminating digital multimedia and hardcopy products.
o Familiarity with Biometrics Enabled Intelligence (BEI), Forensic Enable Intelligence (FEI), & DOMEX Enabled Intelligence (DEI).
o Computer Skills:
Proficiency in various software and applications.
o Clearance:
TS/SCI.
o Language:
Must speak fluent EnglishPreferred
Qualifications:
o Proficiency in data mining, exploitation, collection, analysis, production, and dissemination activities.
o Knowledge of SOFEX, SOF i2 case management, Biometrics Identity Intelligence Resource (Bi2R), and Biometrics Enabled Watch List (BEWL).
o Operational knowledge of AIMS; Distributed Common Ground System - Army (DCGS-A) applications; and SOF SSE Program.
Recommended Skills Biometrics Case Management English Enterprise Architectures Friendliness Intelligence Analysis Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
