At Jacobs, our JrIdentity Intelligence Analyst will actively support the Organization's J2 Directorate of Intelligence, offering 24/7/365 Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) of biometrics, forensics, and Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX) intelligence to assist deployed military commanders and national decision-makersThe role demands significant involvement in areas including threat identification, Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE), Weapons Technical Intelligence, Force Protection, Vetting of Friendly Force Personnel, Identity Protection, and BiometricsProgram Mission:
The task support to the USSOCOM J24 Global Security Office, Special Operations Command, Identity Intelligence Operations Division (GSO-i2O) in concordance with the specifications of the statement of work (SOW)The imperative is to enable SMEs to facilitate the Production, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) of biometric, forensic, and Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX) materialsThis involves a coordination network spanning multiple government agencies, utilizing various USG data sources to compile case files and compose Intelligence Information Reports (IIR) for swift dissemination to SOF forces and the wider intelligence community (IC)Contractor personnel are tasked with contributing to J2 mission objectives and managing the daily operational facets of the SOF Enterprise, which envelops HQUSSOCOM staff; USSOCOM Service components; theater special operations commands (TSOCs), special operations joint task forces (SOJTFs), and pertinent interagency and coalition partnersPrimary
Responsibilities:
o Performing all-source intelligence analysis and producing reports from biometric identifications and matches.
o Offering PED i2/Biometric Intelligence Analysis, involving products like BTIPs, 2HRR, BIARs, and more using the Automated Identity Management System (AIMS).
o Supporting the creation and maintenance of a SOF Exploitation Web Application.
o Providing essential PED support for various customer missions.
o Offering weekly standardized reporting that includes metrics and watchlist encounters.
o Conducting briefings as required.
o Managing the Biometrics Enabled Watchlist (BEWL).
o Assisting SOF TTP, vetting missions, and biometrics personal recovery missions.
o Delivering other i2 products as needed, such as RFIs, IIRs, BEWL nominations, and POI packages.

Qualifications:
o High School Diploma.
o Must be a U.
Scitizen with an active U.
SSecurity Clearance (TS/SCI) as of day one of employment.
o A minimum of 1-year of all-source analysis experience with military analytical tools.
o Demonstrated proficiency in collecting, reviewing, analyzing, exploiting, authoring, and disseminating i2 information and products.
o Capability to execute information processing using SOF i2 case management TTPs.
o Ability to perform tasks like data mining, exploitation, collection, analysis, production, and dissemination using various computer applications.
o Proficiency in creating, reviewing, analyzing, and disseminating i2 productsPreferred
Qualifications:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
