Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a UCC Network Engineer to support the C4ES program.
This position is onsite at MacDill HQ in Tampa, FL.
Must live within a commutable distance from base.
The UCC Network Engineer is responsible for providing UCC network engineering support of projects and networks at headquarters and in the customer Area of Responsibility.
Shall be surveying, designing, implementing, testing, training and documenting worldwide enterprise class voice and video solutions in support of our warfighters.
This engineer is viewed as a leader in collaboration technologies and must be able to turn customer requirements into functional solutions by coordinating and providing network design and troubleshooting guidance to forward units; identify, diagnose, and resolve complex problems affecting network performance; provide planning and engineering guidance to network planners and project managers; develop and maintain network SOPs and TTPs.
This is a deployable position requiring periodic international travel.
This position requires both broad and deep technology knowledge in network engineering design and implementation, as well as the ability to architect solutions by applying advanced analysis skills to map customer operational challenges to appropriate end-to-end technology solutions.
Serve as a technical point of contact for network infrastructure efforts.
Perform engineering trouble shooting/problem solving at the system and component levels.

BS 2-4 Years, MS 0-2 or HS 8-10 Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience and 9 years of experience 6
years of experience as a Voice and Video solutions engineer CCNA-Collaboration certification required, but CCNP-Collaboration desired DOD Directive 8570.
01 M IAT Level II certification (such as Security+) required Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret

Target Salary Range $112,000 - $179,000.
This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
