These resources, include but are not limited to, entrance testing, books, technological resources, supplies, assessments and other related activities The Educational Resources Planner also provides other general operational support to the Educational Services Office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Management and Coordination of Admission Testing Process Operational Administration and Support for Educational Services Office Job Responsibilities Management and Coordination of Admission Testing Process - Manage and create testing accounts for prospective students - Select the appropriate test to administer to prospective students - Ensure compliance with admissions testing policy - Troubleshoot and handle Exemplify testing problems Operational Administration and Support for Educational Services Office - Create and monitor instructional technology courses and assignments - Oversee the creation of rosters for all courses for testing purposes - Manage user accounts creation process for technology products required by faculty and students - Develop, implement and monitor exam review schedules and master exam schedules - Conduct computer-based assessment analysis and reporting - Oversee the completion of clinical evaluations, including auditing of evaluations, compliance correction and educational training - Develop, maintain and manage of ordering and tracking system for textbooks and associated supplements - Manage assessments, including ordering and tracking of products utilized, auditing of utilizations and compliance reporting - Train faculty members and staff on educational technology products - Understand the coursework and curriculum for all programs to ensure compliance with policies and procedures such as secure assessment and admissions testing policies Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Preferred Qualifications/Competencies Associate's degree or 5
years in educational services and/or administrative positions Ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple projects at the same time Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to organize and prioritize workflow Detail orientated Exceptional service, listening, and teamwork skills An outgoing, approachable style and a passion for helping others.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
