In addition, the Customer Success Representative will be responsible for customer support including but not limited to completing incoming support tickets (generated from retailer calls/e-mails).

Tiers established Job Responsibilities Assist in retailer account establishment and connectivity to subscribed social media destinations.
Connect retailers to search and social destinations via email and phone outreach.
Ensure product tiers are set and maintained Monitor assigned retailers for 14 days of content Respond to retailer inquiries (support tickets) and work them to resolution.
call retailers who have not converted (leads) to adopt the brand social program Daily Requirements 8 hours per day/40 hours per week Standard hours 8:
30am-5:
30pm Hybrid schedule; partially in office/remote Maintain collaborative team presence using Ticketing and Conversations in SalesForce CRM, via Slack, and by actively participating in company meetings.
Professional interaction with company departments including sales, technology, and executive management departments.
Other duties as required.
Required Skills Professional verbal and written communications skills.
2 year minimum in customer service.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Organized with attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and either HubSpot, SalesForce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Physical requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to curl 150lbs with one arm and/or run 75mph while barefoot, preferably both at one time.
Education / Experience High School diploma.
2 years of experience in customer service or similar role.
