Bilingual is a must.
This is a remote position after training which can range 4-5 weeks in office.
The Care Coordinators are responsible for coordinating transportation and translation services, confirming/reconfirming appointments, gathering feedback from claimant on past trips, getting any future appointments for service coordination.
Must have strong organizational abilities, be accurate, and thorough.
Problem solver! Must be able to determine urgency of client's referral and/or unique request and work on it accordingly.
Effective communication is key! Must be able to communicate in a professional manner with our clients and with our internal departments.
Must be proficient in using computer software and databases for data entry.
Must have the ability to stay up to date with the ongoing changes in our policies to better our services.
Must be a team player! We constantly work with our Intake and Dispatch teams to ensure services are successfully completed Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
