Position Overview:
We seek an accomplished and visionary Senior Director of Trade Marketing responsible for in-store and online strategies.
This role will lead our trade marketing efforts and drive growth through strategic partnerships with retailers, distributors, and digital platforms.
The Senior Director of Trade Marketing will develop and implement trade marketing efforts designed to support and enhance the brand positioning, drive revenue growth, customer awareness, and customer acquisition, and help manage the brand's product positioning, brand identity, messaging, promotions, and campaigns.

Responsibilities:
Trade Marketing Strategy Development:
? Develop comprehensive trade marketing strategies to support and enhance brandpositioning.
? Drive revenue growth and customer acquisition through targeted trade marketinginitiatives.
Retail and Distributor Relationships:
? Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, andindustry influencers.
? Negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships and promotional agreements to maximizebrand visibility and sales.
Channel-Specific Campaigns:
? Create and execute trade marketing programs tailored to retail channels, optimizingpromotional activities to meet channel-specific needs and objectives.
? Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns in collaborationwith retail partners.
In-Store and Online Marketing Programs:
? Lead in-store marketing initiatives to enhance product visibility, customer engagement,and sales within physical retail locations.
? Develop and implement digital advertising, email marketing, and social media campaignsto support trade marketing objectives and online sales.
Sales Enablement and Brand Management:
? Collaborate with the sales team to develop short and long-term retail strategies thatalign with trade marketing efforts.
? Provide the sales team with tools, collateral, and training necessary to effectivelypromote and sell products through retail partners, distributors, and digital channels.
? Manage product positioning, brand identity, messaging, promotions, and campaigns toensure brand consistency and relevance.
Market Analysis:
? Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitivethreats, and consumer trends within each trade channel, in-store environment, andonline platform.
? Utilize data-driven insights to inform trade marketing and digital marketing strategies.
Budget Management:
? Manage the trade marketing and digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocationof resources to support promotional activities, incentives, and partnership initiatives.
Team Leadership:
? Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of trade marketing professionals,fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
? Set clear objectives, measure KPIs, and report progress to senior management.
Retail and Trade Shows:
? Oversee participation in industry trade shows and exhibitions, ensuring effectiverepresentation and maximizing brand exposure.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of at least 7-10 years in trade marketing, with a focus on building successfulpartnerships within retail, distribution, and digital channels.
