USGI is seeking Senior VEO Specific Analysts to provide Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in SCA, All-Source (AS) analysis, Information Operations (IO) to inform senior leaders, mission planners, and deployed Special Operations Forces (SOF) personnel on socio-cultural, pattern analysis, Information Operations and all-source intelligence in support of SOCOM and TSOC decision making, engagements, missions.
The contractor shall perform tasks such as:
o Provide all-source analysis on VEO organizations/leaders and their relationships with TCOs, state/non-state actors, and local Governments.
o Highlight and articulate exploitable operational opportunities within the operating environment of a VEO area of interest tailored for use within an IW/UW environment.
o Support the operational planning process and provide feedback concerning strategic/theater changes that have implications for defense/SOF operations, conflicts, and crisis.
o Respond to Requests for Information (RFI's) through a variety of products such as Intelligence Studies, Desk Notes, PowerPoint briefings with associated textual analyses and visual representation of areas of interest, at various classification levels.
o Respond to assigned RFIs by researching, analyzing, and producing finished intelligence including, but not limited to Info Paper, SOF Intel Brief, or PowerPoint presentation with associated textual analyses and visual representation, at required classification levels.
o Upload all supporting data, including geospatial files, spreadsheets, link analyses, social networking analyses, nodal analyses, and cited materials to the SOF Geospatial Enterprise (SGE) or User Defined Operational Picture (UDOP) upon completion.
o Upon request, brief SOCOM/TSOC leadership, staff, visitors, and SOF on matters regarding VEOs in respective AOR/AOI.
o Analyst shall produce at least four short term products per month and two multi-argument products per quarter as directed by their Government Team Leads.
o HQ SOCOM analyst shall produce 12 products per quarter, at least two of which are near- or mid-term assessments (Info Paper, SOF Intel Brief, or PowerPoint presentation with associated textual analyses and visual representation) as deemed acceptable by JIC reviewers.
Minimum
Qualifications:
o 10 years' all-source intelligence experience studying impacts of VEO's in foreign countries in IC or DoD, including writing and briefing for senior IC/DoD customerso Graduate-level degree (MA/MS) in a national security, counterterrorism studies international relations or intelligence studies discipline10 years' experience utilizing all-source Intelligence Community tools and applications (Trident, TAC, etc.
for example)o Intermediate level certification on ArcGIS, analysts have a working knowledge and skills necessary to process GIS data and conduct spatial analysis, suitability analysis and create maps.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
