Join our dynamic team as an HR Generalist, where you'll play a pivotal role in the success of our sales center operations by serving as a strategic partner to leadership.
As an integral part of our Human Resources team, you'll be responsible for implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with business objectives while fostering a positive and engaging work environment for our employees.
This position reports to the HR Director and may have one or multiple direct reports, specifically in administrative or HR functions.
Key
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with sales center leadership to understand their goals, challenges, and day to day needs.
Offer HR insights, guidance, and solutions that support the attainment of these objectives.
Provide excellent employee service and support to foster a work environment that upholds the company's principles and culture.
Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, handling inquiries, conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Address employee concerns while maintaining a fair and respectful work environment.
Support the performance management process by assisting in goal setting, providing training on performance reviews, and guiding managers on effective feedback and coaching techniques.
Implement and communicate HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Keep policies updated and relevant to the evolving needs of the sales center environment.
Plan, organize, and represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events in partnership with the recruiting team.
Engage with potential candidates, showcasing our company culture, values, and job opportunities effectively.
Facilitate a comprehensive and welcoming onboarding process for new hires.
This includes conducting in person orientations and introductions, completing all necessary paperwork, and continued follow-up through a 30-60-90 check in process.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably within a call center or fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
SHRM or other HR certifications are a plus.

This position will routinely work in the newly renovated Tampa office with hybrid flexibility up to two days working from home per week.
