Named Top 100 Companies in Tampa Bay 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022! Overview The Talent Acquisition Assistant has the responsibility to support the effort of the Talent Acquisition Team and Talent Acquisition Manager to hire qualified candidates.
This individual will review resumes, assist with job postings, ad refreshing, phone screening, interview scheduling, onboarding processes, attend any recruiting events as needed, and assist with any department projects or needs.
What you will need Be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Be self-motivated and have good interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with vendors, managers, and coworkers.
Be capable of sitting for extended periods of time.
Have 3
years of experience in Human Resources, Administrative, Recruiting or a relative field.
How you will make an Impact Source a sufficient number of new candidates by posting available positions.
Review applicants from job boards and those applicants that have applied through the Applicant Tracking System.
Work with Talent Acquisition team to source and qualify candidates.
Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Assist with onboarding and process new hires, including any (MVRs, PSPs, and background checks).
Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
Prescreen candidates for Talent Acquisition team to determine eligibility.
Schedule interviews and phone screens.
Work directly with candidates and hiring managers in some cases regarding interview scheduling.
Manage emails, phone calls and text messages and respond in a timely manner.
Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
Manage and update Teams tiles regarding branches, openings, new hires, employment verifications, etc.
Identifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience and interview process efficiency.
Assist Talent Acquisition team with candidate onboarding processes as needed.
Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities and events as needed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
