The Recruiting/HR Support specialist is responsible for providing administrative and reporting functions for the HR and recruiting.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, critical thinking and communicating skills.
Recruiting experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
Talent acquisition - Post jobs and ads in select locations.
Screen and source qualified applicants and resumes.
Coordinate the interview process with hiring managers.
Gather interview feedback and communicate with applicants during and after the interview process.
Administrative duties - Schedule interviews, utilize current software system to track candidates and post job openings.
Data entry into CRM system for candidates who are hired and maintain accurate personnel records including training.
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven record of persistence and follow-through Excellent accuracy in data management and entry Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines 1 year experience in human resources or recruiting a plus Onsite needed for initial start then only needed for interviews Payroll assistance About Association Home Care:
Newly formed and in process to getting license completed, since it is new we will start slowly and carefully.
