Responsibilities:
- Perform renovations and repairs in various areas such as electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance person tasks - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams - Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage components - Use power tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently and safely - Troubleshoot and repair logic controllers and other electrical equipment Skills:
- Proficient in electrical work, including installation, maintenance, and repair - Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation - Experience with frame carpentry and general maintenance person tasks - Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation - Ability to work with high voltage and low voltage systems - Knowledge of logic controllers and their troubleshooting - Understanding of schematics and electrical diagrams Note:
