The Customer Support Representative will be equipped with full training to work directly with customers daily providing superior customer service and ensure the proper expectations to all customers on their auto glass claim.
As a Customer Support Representative, the main responsibilities will include working with customers to foster professional relationships.
The Customer Support Representative assist in all areas of the business including driving brand awareness for our clients, thoroughly demonstrating and clarifying the different types of auto glass repair services offered, and working closely with customers to assist in the processes of filing claims to insurance providers.

Customer Support Representative
Responsibilities:
Engaging with customers directly and utilizing product knowledge to promote auto glass replacement and repair services Provide quality customer service to local customers in targeted territories to establish longevity in customer loyalty Master the auto glass services options provided and be proficient in the latest technology Ensure all customer information is articulately notated to ensure all personal information is filed correctly to insurance claims for a seamless process Train with upper management daily to expand knowledge and go beyond the limits to grow internal skills and take on leadership roles Keep in contact with customers to confirm any transaction completions, delays, potential customer questions, and new client promotions Customer Support Representative
Qualifications:
1-2 years experience working in a customer service, customer support, customer-facing, or sales environment is highly preferred but not required Tech-savvy with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies Present a professional experience for each customer Great communication skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in different environments and a variety of weather conditions The ability to start right away is highly preferred Job Type:
