Job Description:
Sales Pod Training Manager Reports to Director of Sales Summary/Objective:
The Sales Pod Training Manager is responsible for performance management of Ardor Advocates.
Primary duty is to scale new hires to deliver profitable growth for the organization.
Essential Functions:

Drive/monitor adherence of daily operational goals assigned to the recruitment team.
Build team accountability to meet/exceed sales targets.
Enforce, implement, and advise on the effectiveness of the current policies and procedures of the organization.
Sustain and create alignment around systems and processes to improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the recruitment team.
Provide direction to the recruitment staff to help meet the department and individual production goals by way of implementing company strategies to improve production and efficiency.
Define and coordinate sales training programs in conjunction with the team leads that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.
Coach, counsel, and educate recruitment on a constant basis to drive and increase production.
In conjunction with the Director of Sales provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
Meet with Executive Team weekly to discuss challenges, production, and future goals.
Foster a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time exempt status position.
This position may require extended hours.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required; it would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
