Description SAIC is a leading provider of systems development and deployment, targeting and intelligence analysis, systems engineering and integration, and training capabilities and solutions supporting the Intelligence Community (IC)SAIC is looking for innovative and committed individuals to help the government achieve their goals and deliver mission excellence on important national programsWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior Intelligence Analyst to join our Targeting and Object Based Production (OBP) team supporting our DIA and USCENTCOM customer in Tampa, FloridaSAIC has been leaders in the fields and at the Agency for the past ten years, and is looking to expand the Tampa team with a senior OBP / Intel Analyst who has strong SIGINT, OBI, and targeting experienceAs a senior Intel Analyst at USCENTCOM, you will help support MARS design and engineering solutions, establish logic-based rules to support ontology development, and support DIA operational requirementsYour responsibilities will include the following:
o Designing and guiding MARS HYBRID engineering solutions and prototype for future MARS OMSo Developing logic-based rule sets for the Defense Intelligence Enterprise to support the five major areas within the Joint Military Intelligence Staff Functionso Providing Defense Intelligence Agency and Combatant Command Global support by establishing data and system governance, while applying structured analytic tradecraft technique Qualificationso Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygrapho Bachelor's degreeo Minimum fifteen (15) years of overall combined SIGINT
Experience:
o Minimum seven (7) years of COMINTo Minimum seven (7) years of ELINTo Minimum one to two (1-2) years of OPELINT, TECELINT, and FISINTo Minimum five (5) years of experience in All-Source Intelligenceo Minimum five (5) years of experience in targeting, target management, and target methodology (specifically Deliberate and Dynamic operations)o Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Imagery Intelligence (IMINT)o Minimum 1-2 years of experience with GCCS and FADE Suite of Tools (e.
g.
, MIST, Intelbook, and Watchbox)o Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with MARS and MIDB databaseso Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Order of Battle (OB) with knowledge in composition and disposition of forces methodologyo SIGINT, IMINT, and All-Source working experience in all Combatant Command Areas of Responsibilities (AORs)o Working experience in Object Based Production (OBP), Object Based Intelligence (OBI), Governance and Ontology, and other Intelligence/Analytical based programso Experience working with and/or consulting with senior leaders within all Military Branches, Major Commands, and National Agencieso Advanced skills in Microsoft Officeo Ability to prepare and conduct briefings and training to senior staff, government officials, and agency personnel utilizing VTC, IC Connect, and other meanso Ability to work independently with minimal government oversight Desired:
o Database manager skills is highly recommendedo Working knowledge in ISR and ISR planning, collection management, intelligence-based systems, and NSRP is highly recommended Covid Policy:
