Position DescriptionThe Network Planning Analyst III will be responsible for capturing business needs and translating into planning databases, reporting tools, dashboards and data analysis used in all Supply Chain processes (Demand Planning, S&OE, S&OP, Materials Management, Order Management and Long Term planning processes).
Essential Functions:
Attending and Leading Team meetings, multi-functional sessions to evaluate ad identify business needs and demands.
Support Capacity planning team in the integration of all new products, production lines and plants into S&OP tools.
Lead team of Supply Chain Managers in multi-functional sessions to identify fixes and updates needed in existing tools.
Proposes fixes and enhancements to current tools.
Maintains, improve, and update existing reports.
Refreshes and publishes dashboards and KPI's.
Develop collaborative working relationships with supply chain functions, operations, procurement, sales and Co-Pack customers.
Best practice development of key business processIntegration of new business and technologyLeads special projects and other assigned duties as requiredProject ManagementEducation and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field plus five (5) years related work experience in a Supply Chain position (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
Prior experience in food/ beverage manufacturing, sourcing, or supply chain highly desirable.
SAP experience requiredAbility to create and manage databasesProficient MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Access and Power BI.
APICS or IBF certification an assetRequired Skills and Competencies:
Advanced understanding of key Supply Chain concepts like MRP, CPFR, S&OP, VMI, and MRP.
Demonstrated problem solving and project management skills -- breaks down problems and generates a range of solutions; thinks outside the box and uses ideas of others to help develop solutions; evaluates and acts on results of actionsAbility to initiate, compile, analyze and provide accurate reportingProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI, SAP, Analysis for Excel/ BW reporting.
Microsoft Project is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbalData driven, analytical with strong problem solving skills.
Great communicator and strong team player who can work across multiple functions.
Ability to follow and hold team accountable to timelines and deliver results under guidance of direct manager.
Organized and detail oriented, adaptable to change.
Relates well to people, resolves conflicts, understands and meets needs of business partners.
