00 Responsibilities Provide dispatch support.
Monitor on-time performance, lane effectiveness and recommend changes when necessary.
Track and analyze driver route efficiency data.
Identify best practices for traffic patterns, asset security and safety.
Work with Transportation Manager to monitor and reduce Fleet expenses.
Work with and monitor associates to ensure that the fleet is maintained in accordance with the established Standards of Condition and that all established policies and practices are properly followed.
Ensure that PM's are performed timely.
Ensure accurate night loading procedures are followed.
Qualifications High School Diploma preferred.
Transportation and Logistics industry experience preferred.
Advanced PC skills needed.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
Understanding of DOT regulations preferred.
Excellent communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
