Restaurant Cleaning Staff As Restaurant Cleaning Staff, you are responsible for ensuring our guests and team members enjoy a clean and safe environment which has come to be synonymous with the Chick-fil-A brand.
You will work with chemicals, cleaning equipment, and fellow team members to keep all areas of the restaurant clean including the dining room, bathrooms, play ground, front counter, drive thru, kitchen, trash corral, and all other areas of the business.
Requirements:
Experience as a janitor or member of a cleaning crew.
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation standards.
Attention to Details Dedication to Cleanliness Basic computer competency.
High School Diploma or Equivalent Certificate.
Ability to multitask without direction.
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
Ability to work outside for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds without assistance.
Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient pace.
Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
Positive attitude.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and leadership.
Customer Service-Oriented.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring all areas of the business are maintained and kept clean.
Maintaining all cleaning equipment and inventory.
Achieve tactical business results through focus and action on daily and hourly objectives and tasks.
Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.
Serves as subject matter expert for all tasks and processes.
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 50lbs.

Following the proper process for the position you are assigned.
Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures.
Assisting in all team member positions throughout your shift as needed.

Complete all tasks assigned to you by the leadership team.
