Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Manage the office calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Prepare reports using accounting software - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items - Perform general clerical duties such as electronic filing - Prepare and issue client invoices using billing software - Oversee accounts payable
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role - Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel) and other computer applications - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality - Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor - Familiarity with project coordination is preferred Note:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
