Perform a variety of construction tasks, including but not limited to, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, framers, finishers, roof installers, floor installers, and general labor.
Follow blueprints, instructions, and safety protocols to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
Operate construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a construction worker or similar role.
Solid understanding of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
