Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate, facilitate, and administer various training activities to ensure the continuous growth and development of employees across all departments.
This role requires a keen understanding of training methodologies, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
General Duties and Responsibilities The following duties are normal for this position.

Training Program Coordination:
Collaborate with department heads and HR/Process team to identify training needs and objectives.
Develop comprehensive training plans aligned with organizational goals and individual employee development needs.
Coordinate training logistics, including coordination of schedules, securing training locations when not virtual, arranging equipment and materials required, and coordination of training consultants or internal training instructors.
Support and promote employee engagement with our internal training system and encourage continual professional development and adherence to core values across multiple levels of learning and growth opportunities.
Content Development and Delivery:
Design, develop, and update training materials, presentations, and manuals.
Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods to engage participants and enhance learning outcomes.
Deliver training sessions either in person or virtually, ensuring content is effectively communicated and understood.
Training Evaluation and Feedback:
Implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to training content and delivery methods.
Analyze training metrics and prepare reports to measure the impact of training initiatives on employee performance and organizational goals.
Compliance and Documentation:
Stay up to date on newer skills training offered and present to management as opportunities.
Ensure training programs comply with legal requirements and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and completion certificates.
Regularly update and maintain the training library to reflect evolving company processes, ensuring materials are current and effectively support learning and development initiatives.
Employee Development Support:
Provide guidance and support to employees seeking training opportunities and career development resources.
Assist in the identification of high-potential employees and recommend appropriate development initiatives to nurture their talents.
Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask.
Computer experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Comfortable and confident when interacting with executives and staff of all levels.
Ability to handle sensitive correspondence regularly.
Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail.
Required Experience Three years related experience in Human Resources.
Knowledge of Human Resources practices and procedures.
Proven experience in training coordination.
Position Type Regular, Full-Time.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
