Responsibilities:
- Provide recruitment support for our real estate team - Assist with screening incoming applications - Coordinate and schedule interviews - Outbound/inbound phone calls and respond to emails - Maintain prospect databases and files in an organized manner - Perform general office tasks Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar recruitment role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using google apps (Gmail, google docs, google calendar) - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Knowledge of some real estate terminology and processes is a plus - Must have own phone, laptop, and car Pay:
Base salary
