We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding service.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and notes - Perform data entry tasks to update customer profiles
Experience:
