Proficient computer skills, ability to learn new software platforms quickly Proficient in Microsoft Suite and G-Suite Strong work ethic Fluent Bilingual (Spanish preferred) Previous solar industry experience and/or knowledge preferred Job Duties:
Provide exceptional support to Project Managers & Project Coordinators Answering incoming phone calls and routing calls Customer service Effective solar installation pipeline management Home Installation Agreement processing and change orders Loan Agreement processing and change orders Maintain database up to date Support Project Management and Operations staff in other capacities as needed Sales support Auditing new jobs - previous exp is a huge plus Submitting NTP - previous exp is a huge plus Submitting for PTO - previous exp is a huge plus NEM Application submittal - previous exp is a huge plus Scheduling - previous exp is a huge plus As a member of our team, you can expect:
