We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling, interviewing/hiring, onboarding, etc - Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support - Maintain supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail - Proven customer support experience - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is preferred If you are a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for providing administrative support, we would love to hear from you.
