We are looking for a Billing Processor to join our Billing team.
This position is responsible for accurate and timely submission of invoices to the customers while developing a working knowledge of MaintenX Customer billing requirements.
The Billing Processor is responsible for the final review of the work order ensuring that required customer documentation is included prior to invoice submission.
Communicates and resolves discrepancies with Regional Service Coordinator (RSC) and escalates when necessary to Billing Manager, Billing Director, Regional Service Manage (RSM) and/or Department Directors.

In this critical role, the Billing Processor will be trusted to use their experience and knowledge to provide excellent customer service, ensuring the customer's facility maintenance problem was quickly and efficiently resolved by our Service Team.
This role is in-office and not a remote opportunity.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Data entry & submission of service work invoices.
Review and identify invoice prior to submission.
Ability to work with other departments within organization.
Skills Required Knowledge in Microsoft Software (Excel, Word).
Ability to quickly gain proficiency in multiple systems.
High school or its equivalent.
Ability to meet deadlines and multitask.
Additional Eligibility Requirements:
Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams.
Good organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to deal effectively and respectfully with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
Exhibits good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions, while able to support and explain reasoning for decisions.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills which are used to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically or through other means to individuals and groups.
Acute attention to detail.
