Summary:
I'm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join my team as a Personal Assistant.
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements - Coordinate meetings and conferences, including preparing agendas and taking minutes - Transcribe and distribute meeting notes and other documents as needed - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner - Maintain an organized filing system for both electronic and physical documents - Assist with personal errands and tasks as assigned - Provide general office management support
Experience:
-Proficiency in social media apps - Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred - Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently - Excellent phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and ability to proofread documents for accuracy - Proficiency in using software for scheduling appointments This position offers competitive pay based on experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
