Job Description Note:
We are looking for candidates with Banking Domain Experiences along with Java background Manage and oversee software development projects from initiation to completion. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate and manage the activities of the development team, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and according to quality standards. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of projects. Identify and manage project risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and management. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Provide leadership and guidance to the development team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
