Operations & Technology Transformation Program Execution Lead, SVP (Hybrid)

The O & T Transformation Program Execution Lead is a strategic professional who can effectively work across Citi to support the execution of O&T s Consent Order Commitments.
This professional will work alongside and in close partnership with the Compliance and Finance PMOs, O&T Organization and COO Transformation Program Management and be responsible for continuously reviewing the O&T portions of the plans to ensure the deliverables are understood, tracked centrally, assist with removing barriers against progress (where applicable), and improving communications - all towards driving successful delivery.
He/she will serve as a partner to all stakeholders and form connections across Citi, facilitating cooperation and bringing people together across multiple external and internal entities.
The individual will lead and effectively analyze the feasibility of the plans to ensure the who and how components of the plan are well understood and sequenced in a way to deliver the expected outcomes.
The individual demonstrates an in-depth understanding of how IT project leadership integrates within the overall technology function to achieve the desired target state.
The role will be part of the COO Transformation Program Execution organization and focused on driving successful completion of O&T- owned work efforts related to Citi s Transformation strategy.
Responsibilities:
Leverages sophisticated analytical thought processes and knowledge of principles of IT project management to identify and codify key dependencies within the Compliance and Finance Programs that could impact successful and timely implementation of defined target state.
Identifies stakeholders and key organizations and builds strong partnerships to achieve Transformation objectives.
Accountable for assessing Technology project work plans, schedules, status updates, reporting.
Partners with IT and business leadership and other key stakeholders to identify opportunities and to review prioritization against the defined schedule.
Manages the identification of risks which impact program delivery and ensures mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary.
Ensures that we are looking across Program Groups and Tech Sectors reviewing milestones for completeness and dependencies.
Drives adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery.
Ensure adoption of defined guidelines designed to achieve alignment between Consent Order and Technology Books of Work in PTS.
This includes obtaining input from the Compliance and Finance Program Groups, conducting UAT on system enhancements and providing feedback and ideas on process and system improvements.
Seeks out opportunities to collaborate with colleagues with the goal of standardizing and eliminating duplication of work across Program Groups.
Identifies stakeholders and key organizations and builds strong partnerships.
Possesses in-depth knowledge of enterprise wide and global technology systems, has a good understanding of the commercial environment, and stays abreast of emerging technology trends.
Qualifications:
10
years of experience in successfully managing complex technology projects and programs; experience with enterprise-wide Transformation efforts is a plus;At least 7 years experience in a development role accumulating strong technical acumen and program management expertise;Ability to review target state designs, identify key business requirements, establish and track dependencies that could impact successful and timely technology delivery;Experience with enterprise program management tools (e.
g.
MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, Citi s PTS system) and business intelligence tools such as Tableau is a plus;Excellent influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills, with an ability to transform data to information for presentation to senior management.
Proven track record of working under pressure and tight timelines; Curious with demonstrated commitment to quality and attention to detail.
Education:
