Personal Injury Attorney
gpac is working with a mid-sized plaintiff personal injury firm who is looking for a skilled and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a proven track record of success in securing favorable outcomes for clients. The firm is offering fully remote and work/life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in personal injury cases, including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and workplace injuries.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel to reach favorable settlements for clients.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials and hearings.
- Provide exceptional client service by keeping clients informed throughout the legal process and responding promptly to their inquiries.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the state where the position is located.
- 3 years of experience practicing personal injury law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume caseload and meet deadlines.
