We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for organization and excellent communication skills and will also have an interest in learning real estate photography and video editing.
We are looking for someone who's driven to join our team and learn new skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation - Assist in daily office needs and manage general administrative activities.
- Coordinate communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.
- Organize and schedule appointments - Photograph Homes - Edit Videos of Homes Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant (Preferred but not required) - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Experience in photography and video editing is a plus but not required, we can teach you this! Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
