Manager, HRIS & Payroll - Masonite (Tampa, FL)

Ensure data integrity and SOX compliance within HRIS environment Act as Project Manager and SME for ERP selection and implementation project Oversight of payroll and time-keeping systems, including management of staff in US and Canada Act as liaison with external systems vendors Partners with HR Leaders to assess business needs and creates effective solutions utilizing technology and efficient process design Lead clean-up of existing systems, integrating global data for centralized reporting Create training and documentation for Field-based HR users for various applications and processes Other duties as assigned including special projects that support business needs and strategic goals Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 10-12 years relevant experience, including 5+ years of direct management responsibility Strong analytical and process skills, particularly the ability to construct and manage project plans Strongly prefer HRIS/ERP systems conversion/implementation experience Experience with ADP, iCIMS, and Halogen applications desired Demonstrated highly effective written and verbal communication skills including user training and management presentations, as well as process documentation Source:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
