WE HAVE IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR EXPERIENCED APARTMENT LEASING CONSULTANTS! BOTH TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE.
We are requesting that all candidates applying for the Apartment Leasing Consultant position have at least 6 months experience and skill in the following areas:
oResident service and retention including the ability to deliver a unique and memorable experience to all prospects and residents.
oStrong communication and ability to highlight community features and benefits to prospective residents.
oBilingual a plus!!!
oAbility to effectively convert visitors/traffic into leases.
oThorough knowledge of leasing contracts and addendums and ability to discuss and review contract details with residents.
oYardi, AMSI, Onesite, LRO and/or Yieldstar software knowledge is preferred.
oFirm knowledge of and complete implementation of Federal Fair Housing Laws.
oCandidates must be available to work weekends.
